Robert Hanes

Robert’s background spans over 20 years in industrial global cable harnesses and assemblies. As VP of Industrial OEM, Robert Hanes is responsible for the management and manufacturing of cable harnesses and assemblies for the wind, solar and industrial OEM markets. Before joining WTEC Energy, Robert was President of SOLERS, Inc. for 4 years from 2015 to 2019, and prior to that he was with SOURIAU (Esterline Connection Technologies) as President and COO from 2010 to 2015.

Robert holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University Northwest.
